Aswan Sightseeing & Nile Cruise Embarkation

Meet your Egyptologist guide and begin your sightseeing program in Aswan.

Start with a visit to the **Aswan High Dam**, one of Egypt's most important engineering achievements, constructed to control the annual flooding of the Nile and generate hydroelectric power for the country.

Continue to the **Unfinished Obelisk**, the largest known ancient obelisk ever attempted. The site provides a fascinating insight into the stone-cutting techniques used by ancient Egyptian craftsmen.

Proceed to the Nile waterfront and board a motorboat to visit **Philae Temple**, a beautiful temple complex dedicated to the goddess Isis and relocated to Agilkia Island following the construction of the High Dam.
