Meet your Egyptologist guide and begin your sightseeing program in Luxor.
Start with a visit to Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built in ancient Egypt. Developed over nearly two thousand years, the site contains monumental columns, sacred lakes, temples, and impressive hieroglyphic inscriptions.
Continue to Luxor Temple, one of the most important monuments of ancient Thebes. Built mainly by Amenhotep III and Ramses II, the temple was once connected to Karnak by the famous Avenue of Sphinxes.
Following the visits, transfer to the cruise dock and board Jaz Crown Prince Nile Cruise (or similar). Enjoy lunch onboard and spend the remainder of the day relaxing while admiring the Nile scenery.

Conclude the sightseeing program at the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III that have stood guard over the Theban Necropolis for more than 3,000 years.
Return to the cruise and continue sailing south along the Nile.
